We collect your email address, the photos you upload, the descriptions you type about your photos, the captions and hashtags we generate for you, and basic usage data like how many posts you make.
We use your data to generate captions and hashtags, track your posting streak, and improve the app. We never sell your data to third parties.
To generate your captions and hashtags, PostReady sends the photo you upload and the description you type to OpenAI, our third-party AI provider. OpenAI processes this content solely to produce your results and provides the same level of data protection that we do. This transmission happens only when you tap “Make my post.” We ask for your explicit consent in the app before your content is ever sent.
Photos you upload are stored securely and are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) only when you tap “Make my post,” so we can generate your captions and hashtags. You can delete your posts at any time from the History screen.
When you subscribe to PostReady Pro, your payment is processed by the platform you subscribe through: Apple for purchases on iPhone and iPad, Google Play for purchases on Android, or Stripe for purchases on our website. We use RevenueCat to manage app store subscriptions and confirm your subscription status. These services receive the information needed to process and verify your purchase. We never see or store your full card details.
We use Supabase for database and storage, OpenAI to generate captions, RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, and Apple, Google, and Stripe to process payments. Each has their own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
